Along side our conventional Board Pier retentions systems, we have a soft spot for the challenging ones. if it has curves, tight access, underpins and ornate concrete placement we love it.

Concrete Structure

As part of our package offer, BaseStruct also includes other concrete works to give the client a sole contractor responsible for all concrete works, not just the basement.

These services include the detail excavation and construction of footings, slab-on-ground prep and pour, concrete stairs, cast-insitu columns and walls, and finally suspended slabs.

By offering a full concrete package, the client saves time and money on administration, contractually it’s easier, and you only need to deal with the one contractor. BaseStruct is flexible when it comes to accepting scope items so should the builder decide certain elements are best suited to be awarded to other contractors, we can easily remove or add scope items to suit the client’s needs.
